I am a prominent Photographer and Journalist in the Punjabi community. I started my career as a journalist and as a photographer from a small town Jandiala Guru, Amritsar, Punjab, India with a well-known Punjabi newspaper called Ajit Jalandhar in 1976. Having 35 years experience in journalism. In 2011 i was appointed as a Staff Reporter in Dainik Jagran Group in Toronto. I am also the Chief Editor of a Hindi Newspaper "Samay Indo Canadian". Being a well-known journalist i also runs a successful advertising business called "Watno Paar Punjabi Directory", which is an advertising directory for the local Greater Toronto Area community. He also got a fantastic chance to visit India three times with the Prime Ministers Of Canada delegations as a journalist. Also, he visited India two times with the Premier of Ontario Trade Delegations. I has been invited by the Government of India to attend "Parvasi Bharti Divas" in India since 2010. i am dedicated and committed to the Indian community through his journalism. The Governor-General of Canada Presented him Queen Elizabeth II "The Diamond jubilee Medal" in recognition of his contributions to community & Canada.
